Avalon Villa is a spacious, high specification villa, located very close to the Cypriot village of Emba. The 3-bedroom villa offers a private outdoor space that guests can relax in and a well maintained garden. As you enter you will find yourself in a modernly furnished living area, which glass patio doors will lead you to terrace where al fresco dining can be enjoyed whilst admiring the mesmerizing views of the garden and pool. When reaching the first floor via the stairs there are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite with a pool views. Completing the bedrooms on this floor are a further 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms. The outside area can be accessed from the ground floor where you will find the backyard garden area furnished with sunbeds and the private swimming pool. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. The villa offers private parking. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. There is an electric stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave. Avalon villa is located in Emba Village. Emba Village is a traditional Cypriot village with a small selection of Tavernas and shops and a beautiful 12th century church. A large supermarket and further restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive away while the villa is a 10 minute drive away from Paphos with its lively harbor and many cafés and restaurants serving excellent local dishes in a beautiful setting. The blue flag beaches of Coral Bay which offer diving and a range of other water sports are also only a 15 minute drive away. Emba is also home to many chapels and churches, one large church has been recently built and others are very old little chapels. The village is charming with it's winding roads and lemon, orange and nectarine groves. Agriculture is the main industry of the area and as well as citrus fruits there are also peaches. Emba has a few shops and tavernas dotted along the narrow winding road that runs through the village. In the evening the local men can be seen sitting outside their local coffee shops.
