The two houses / dwellings are situated in the central square of the unique traditional village of Pera Oreinis, one of the few settlements in Cyprus declared by the Antiquities Department as Ancient Monument for its well-maintained historic character. On the plot of an area of 340sqm, there are 2 two storey houses and 2 internal courtyards, each with a high wooden gateway to the street. The total surface of the houses is 444sqm including the stone- arched semi-covered outdoor spaces in the main courtyard. The houses are furnished with traditional and contemporary comfortable furniture and they are fully equipped with electrical fittings, central oil heating, air-conditioning units and telephone/TV/internet wiring. A covered corridor in the main courtyard connects the two dwellings. The houses have been very thoroughly and stylishly restored in accordance to the regulations of the Cyprus Antiquities Department. The patios are filled with 2 tall palm trees, a bougainvillea, other trees and creeper-plants.
